  Been going here for the last 7 years and was very disappointed this year that they wouldn't let me use my $50 off coupon that I got. My bill was almost $500 just to get my taxes done.I will be sure to tell everyone i know in Berthoud not to go to here. This is what happens when large corporate comes in and changes everything. I am so angry right now.

  I went in last week and as usual I had prompt, fast, and reliable service. I've used H&R Block for years and I have never been dissatisfied. This was my first time at this location, and I will return next year.

  Used this location for almost 10 years... No issue... I will not going back or recommending this location to anyone any longer. I spent over 430$ as a single mother to have a simple return done. They did not submit my taxes after they were finished (push of a button). After calling and filing a formal complaint with "corporate" And recalling and recalling when I received no calls from the corporate office as well as the Berthoud office site I was given a oops I'm sorry, when finally contacted. Here's a 50$ credit on your return. It is 9 weeks later and have yet to see my full return. When I call to ask for help in the matter, oh I can't do anything... This is why I paid the extra money for the protection plan you offered and actually why I paid someone to do my taxes in case a issue arose...hmmm...
